INGREDIENTS

1½ tea cups Whole Wheat Flour (Gau no Atto)

1 teaspoon of Oil

Ghee/Butter for Applying

PREPARATION

mix wheat flour, oil and water and make a soft dough

knead until dough is soft

divide into 8 equal sized balls

roll out into flat circles of 150 mm diameter

Heat a griddle (tawa) and put the rotli on it

first lightly roast both sides then one side will inflates into a ball

remove and place into plate and apply ghee/butter
